The River Chess is a chalk stream that flows for 11 miles through Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. During 1st May - 30th September Croxley Hall Trout Syndicate offer a member's access to our private stretch of the river here at Crestyl Barns. We regularly stock the river with brown trout and greyling for fly fishers to practice their craft at this area of outstanding natural beauty. ​
